    Five years ago today, Construction Solutions Group was born. For those of you that may not know the origins of our firm, we’d like to ask that you take a moment to read the following highlights of our history in honor of this important milestone. As we take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments, we would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation for our clients and associates, as well as our design and construction partners, that we collaborate with daily to achieve our goals.   • Mark Garilli Joins CSG as Project Executive


    Construction Solutions Group (CSG), a growing owner’s representation and program management firm, is pleased to announce the hire of project executive Mark S. Garilli. His strong construction background is complemented by his recent experience serving in C-level executive positions for established healthcare institutions in Connecticut. His technical expertise and owner-centric perspective position him to support CSG’s actively expanding workload. Garilli joined the firm in March 2019.

  • CSG’s Jason LaFleur obtains State Building Inspector License


    Construction Solutions Group (CSG) is pleased to announce that project manager Jason LaFleur has received his State of Connecticut Building Inspector license. This designation gives CSG the in-house expertise to assist owners, as well as architectural, engineering and construction management partners, during the oversight of design and construction activities.

  • Karen DePersia joins CSG as Senior Project Manager


    Construction Solutions Group is pleased to announce the hire of Karen DePersia as senior project manager. Karen has over 30 years’ experience in architecture, design, project management and construction.

  • Charter Oak International Academy Featured in Architectural Record


    CSG’s recently completed Charter Oak International Academy project was featured in Architectural Record. CSG provided Clerk of the Works services for the construction of this new LEED Gold certified International Baccalaureate elementary school in West Hartford, Connecticut.

  • CSG Awarded Contract for New Lebanon Elementary School in Greenwich


    Greenwich Public Schools has selected Construction Solutions Group to perform Clerk of the Works services, overseeing the demolition of the existing and construction of the New Lebanon Elementary School.

  • CSG Awarded Contract for Hall High School Additions and Renovations


    Having recently served as Clerk of the Works for the new construction of the $43 million LEED Gold-certified Charter Oak International Academy on Oakwood Avenue, West Hartford-based Construction Solutions Group, LLC has been awarded a similar contract to perform Owner’s Program Management Services for the $12.8 million William H. Hall High School science classroom addition and renovation project, totaling approximately 30,000 square feet.

  • CSG Staff Earn MCPPO Certifications


    CSG has announced that vice president Christopher Cykley and project manager Jason LaFleur have earned their Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official Program (“MCPPO”) certifications. Cykley and LaFleur bring the company-wide total to three MCPPO certified team members, further fortifying CSG’s submissions for owner’s representation and program management projects throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • CSG Promotes LaFleur, Cykley


    CSG has announced the promotion of Roger LaFleur to chief operating officer and Christopher Cykley to vice president. The promotions are the result of an increasing workload, which includes tecently awarded contracts for multi-year program management services.

  • CSG Selected for $1.3M Program Management Contract in Norwalk


    CSG has been awarded a $1.3 million contract to provide program management services for the Norwalk Board of Education’s five-year school facilities master plan, which includes over $170 million in new construction and facility renovations. Priority projects include the $42 million construction of South Norwalk School, the $43 million addition/renovation of Ponus Middle School, and various programmatic upgrades at schools throughout the district.
