Construction and entrepreneurship run in Jim Giuliano’s blood, and he has substantial experience in construction and thorough technical knowledge that spans all delivery methods. Jim is known for working effectively with design and construction professionals to manage complex public K-12 projects and programs, and his comprehensive understanding of  the Connecticut Office of School Construction Grants & Review process and construction methods allows him to evaluate impacts to both budget and schedule while ensuring the highest value to the owner.

Prior to founding CSG, Jim spent 27 years working for construction management firms including Gilbane and W.E. O’Neil Construction Company, where he was responsible for managing a wide range of projects including schools, pharmaceutical research facilities, corporate fit-out and federal buildings. He  was employed by Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) where he gained invaluable owner’s representative experience on projects throughout Connecticut, including multi-school, multi-site design and construction programs for Goodwin University and the Town of Bloomfield . He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Connecticut State University, and is a Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO).

Since founding CSG, Jim has continued to expertly juggle the complexities of multiple projects on tight deadlines. He’s known for his work on the on-going $400 million program management contract for the City of Norwalk, which continues to flourish and evolve thanks to his dedication to representing the best interests of his clients.  He’s proud of the work CSG has performed throughout Connecticut, and the organic diversification of the company’s portfolio which is deeply rooted in public school construction throughout the state.
