A community isn’t quite the same without a neighborhood school. Some might call it the heart of a neighborhood — a place where the future is constantly in motion, with generations of students passing through its doors. At its core, a neighborhood school is rooted in a simple idea: children should be able to learn close to home, walk to class, and grow up alongside the neighbors they know.

Construction Solutions Group (CSG) is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Faenza to Senior Project Manager, recognizing his leadership, experience, and expanding role in managing complex public-sector building programs.

When a new school year begins, students, teachers, and staff expect to walk into a fully functional, welcoming building. That means the furniture, fixtures, and equipment—commonly referred to as FF&E—must be installed, tested, and ready to go. 

CSG President James Giuliano, CDP, MCPPO and Project Manager Eileen Eagle were pleased to attend Wednesday’s groundbreaking ceremony to signify the official start of construction for renovation of the John Wallace Middle School in Newington.
