Owner’s representative services for management of a redevelopment plan to modernize and expand the 50-year-old senior housing community on the existing 8 acre site of Town owned land. Work will involve a multi-year phased project with plans to tear down 23 of 24 buildings to support the addition of six multi-story buildings consisting of 256 new units. One building housing 44 units is scheduled to remain with extensive plans for renovations. In total, the development would contain 300 mostly new or remodeled studios and one-bedroom units.
