Program management services for the design and construction of a new elementary school on the current site of the John B. Stanton Elementary School. The new school will be approximately 76,000 SF and will support a pre-K through 5th grade program. The current school will be demolished following the completion of the new building to make way for new athletic fields, parking, and bus loops. This project is part of a $385M school construction program for the City of Norwich.
