Owner’s representative for pre-referendum support, design and construction of a new high school and central office. Learning communities are a key concept in the Educational Specifications. The design provides a flexible and engaging environment to promote collaborative and creative learning spaces. Initial work included the evaluation of pricing and conceptual design concepts, to include maintaining the current facility, renovating within the existing footprint, or constructing a new facility the the existing site or alternate location.
