Size: 65,000 SF
Budget: $35,000,000

Owner’s representative for the design and construction of renovate-as-new improvements to the roughly 65,000 sf facility, which passed referendum in November 2020. In addition to a new roof, improvements will be made to the Pre-K through fourth grade school, in the areas of security, ADA accessibility, new energy efficient windows, and updated mechanical systems.
