Owner’s Representative services for phase 2B renovations following the completion of two previous phases (1 and 2A). Phase 2B renovations represented the most expansive and challenging work performed on site, consisting of adding an elevator, expanding the main lobby, relocating the box office, upgrading the HVAC systems, enhancing the theatrical lighting system, and various cosmetic improvements. The renovations had to be completed within the “off season” – a three month period.
