Owner’s representative services for the construction of a new LEED-Gold certified two-story elementary school serving approximately 400 students in grades Pre-K through 5 with an International Baccalaureate program. The goal of the project was to provide a technologically advanced, energy efficient school to attract an instradistrict magnet school population. The facility features a large group instruction area, small collaborative learning spaces, independent study areas, an innovation maker space and a gymatorium. Following construction completion, the former elementary school building - which existed in very close proximity to the newly constructed facility - was demolished.
