Owner’s representative for the creation of an innovation hub located in the heart of downtown Hartford, intended to contribute to the area’s emerging innovation ecosystem, workforce and economic development and creation and retention of talent – particularly in the technology and healthcare fields. The space will primarily support an established partnership with Infosys, to include a training program for new hires who are liberal arts graduates, expected to serve between 100-500 employees annually.
