Owner’s Representative services for this “Renovate as New” project, consisting of 161,234 sf of “as new” renovations to the existing structure with 145,019 sf of new additions. The new school houses both Fermi and Enfield High Schools. Hazardous materials abatement, new site development and parking expansion were undertaken as part of the project. Construction was completed while the existing facility was occupied.
