Construction administration services for the replacement of a cooling tower unit on the rooftop of the State of Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (formerly Department of Public Safety) headquarters. The building remained occupied during the replacement process, making site logistics and safety a top priority. Upgraded mechanical and electrical systems were integrated into the existing infrastructure. Work was performed under an on-call construction administration services contract for minor capital projects administered by the Division of Construction Services.
