Clerk of the works services for the construction of a new LEED Gold certified International Baccalaureate elementary school. This segmented curved structure features a two-story multi-purpose media/library center, a circular courtyard in the center of the building, a stepped and sunken amphitheater and outdoor learning spaces. High-efficiency lighting and a geo-thermal well system supplying individual classroom heat pumps were incorporated in the design of this energy efficient facility.
