Timothy Smith joins Construction Solutions Group as a Project Manager, bringing extensive expertise in facilities management and engineering. With over two decades of experience in the field, Tim has a deep understanding of facilities operations, construction oversight, and environmental services. His career has been defined by his ability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and ensure operational excellence across diverse facility types.

Before joining CSG, Tim served as Deputy Public Works Officer at Naval Submarine Base New London, where he oversaw a workforce of 200 personnel. In this role, he managed facilities planning, maintenance, and environmental compliance for critical infrastructure, including training centers, medical facilities, administrative buildings, and berthing piers. His strategic approach to facilities management has helped streamline operations and enhance efficiency in high-demand environments.

Tim holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England College. He is also a licensed professional engineer in the state of Connecticut. Tim’s expertise spans contract negotiations, project execution, and problem resolution—skills that are essential in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

With a collaborative mindset and a commitment to integrity, Tim is a valuable addition to the CSG team. His ability to develop strong relationships with project stakeholders, coupled with his technical knowledge, ensures that projects run smoothly from planning through completion.
