His background in managing subcontractors, overseeing project budgets and schedules, and coordinating with design professionals ensures seamless project execution.

Henry is particularly adept at navigating complex construction processes, from contract negotiations to change order management. His proficiency with industry-standard software, including CAD, Primavera, and SolidWorks, enhances his ability to track project progress and support effective decision-making.

Henry, a graduate of CCSU with a degree in Construction Management, has made a point to diversify his hands-on experiences, including completing internships in engineering consulting and IT network installation. These experiences have given him a well-rounded perspective on the built environment. At CSG, he continues to expand his expertise, bringing diligence, adaptability, and a commitment to quality to every project he supports.
