Progress Update: Farmington High School

In Summer 2019, the Town of Farmington hired CSG to provide owner’s representative services for the evaluation of pricing and conceptual designs for a new $137 million high school. TSKP Studio prepared the schematic design documents, which have been accepted by the building committee. The Town Council approved a budget of up to $110 million in municipal cost.
CSG is currently providing support to the building committee for a series of virtual, neighborhood and topic specific community engagement meetings via Zoom to address public concerns and provide information on the project, on-going through the end of May.
Pending a scheduled referendum for June 2021, construction would begin in early 2022 and be completed by mid-2025.
