CSG is pleased to announce the hire of project manager Eileen Eagle, who joins the firm with more than 20 years of owner's representation and construction administration experience. Her career includes oversight of projects in new construction, renovations, and relocations, including FF&E, procurement coordination, move management, and project administration. Her areas of expertise include project oversight, FF&E packages, move relocations, planning and logistics.

Eagle is currently taking over the management of the renovate-as-new project at Anna Renyolds Elementary School in Newington, CT.

“Eileen's extensive project management experience in the education sector makes her an important addition to our team,” states President Jim Giuliano. “Her expertise in relocations and planning and logistics will be of particular value for our clients because, many of our projects require our clients to move to a temporary facility during construction."

Prior to joining CSG, Eileen worked at Arcadis, providing owner's project management services for public K-12 and higher education projects including Ella Grasso Technical High School and Housatonic Community College. She was responsible for coordinating state and special inspections, reviewing AIA requisitions for payment, and overseeing million dollar FF&E packages.

A graduate of LeTourneau University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Eileen is OSHA 10-hour trained and received a Mini-MBA from the University of Connecticut.
