February 9th, 2022

CSG is pleased to announce the hire of project manager Dan Phillips, who joins CSG with 15 years of construction management experience on both public and private sector projects.

In this position, Phillips will actively support CSG’s multi-year contract to provide program management services for the City of Norwalk, specifically at the new $72 million South Norwalk Elementary School and the new $189 million Norwalk High School. This program consists of over $400 million in new construction, facility additions/renovations and programmatic upgrades at schools throughout the district.

“Dan’s extensive experience managing K-12 school projects for public school districts in Connecticut makes him a strong addition to our team,” states President Jim Giuliano. “His ability to manage schedules, adhere to budgets, and collaborate with design and construction teams will be invaluable as we continue our work on this complex program.”

Prior to joining CSG, Phillips held project management positions with Gilbane Building Company and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.

Phillips received his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Roger Williams University. He is OSHA 30-hour trained and an ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor.
