We are proud to announce that one of our most recent projects, Oxford Middle School, was recognized by the Connecticut Building Congress (CBC), receiving it's First Place 2021 Project Team Award for K-12 (large) Schools. Each year, the CBC recognizes outstanding building projects that "exemplify project team excellence and represent the best practices in teamwork by project owners, architects, engineers, constructors and trades."

CSG provided owner's representative services for the construction of the new middle school, featuring a 3-level, 82,000 sf building to accommodate 488 students in grades six through eight. The new construction was in the center of an occupied campus with existing schools on either side, making it a particularly challenging project.

The success of this project was due to our collaboration from pre-design through close-out with our team partners: the Town of Oxford, O&G Industries and Tecton Architects. Thank you to the CBC for recognizing our team's efforts and commitment to excellence in construction.
