CSG selected as Owner's Representative for Newington's Anna Reynolds Elementary School Renovation

The Newington Town Council unanimously approved the selection of CSG by the Anna Reynolds Elementary School Building Committee to oversee the design and construction of renovate-as-new improvements to the 65,000 sf facility, which passed referendum in November 2020.
CSG's team includes Project Executive Chris Cykley, Project Manager Marnie Liska and Assistant Project Manager Samantha D'Agostino. The team's first task will be to oversee the evaluation and selection process of the project’s construction manager. Schematic design is currently underway with Kaestle Boos Architects.
In addition to a new roof, improvements will also be made to the Pre-K through fourth grade school, in the areas of safety and security, ADA accessibility, new energy efficient windows, updated mechanical systems and added storage space.
Construction is scheduled to begin next summer.
