May 18th, 2021

CSG is pleased to announce the hire of Project Manager Randy Feda. With more than 20 years of experience in construction management, Feda is an important addition to the CSG team.

During the course of his career, he has held various positions for construction management and development firms including his most recent role as General Superintendent for Gilbane Building Company. He has extensive on-site construction supervision experience on education, mixed-use, high end residential and commercial projects.

Of note, Feda served as general superintendent for the construction of the LEED-Gold certified New Lebanon School in Greenwich, for which CSG served as Clerk of the Works. His prior roles over the years with other firms include superintendent, project manager and construction manager.

“Randy is a strong addition to our team,” explains CSG vice president Christopher Cykley. “His hands-on construction experience and his in-depth familiarity with the Town of Greenwich will combine to serve him well as he works in support of the Board of Education to manage on-going capital improvement projects.

Feda is currently assigned to oversee construction of the new Cardinal Stadium at Greenwich High School.

Feda, a former Deans List student at Norwalk Community College, holds an Associates Degree in Business Management and is OSHA-30 certified. He resides in Greenwich.
