February 15th, 2021

Construction Solutions Group (CSG), a growing owner’s representation and program management firm, is pleased to announce the hire of assistant project manager Samantha D’Agostino, a recent University of Connecticut (UConn) graduate. Driven by a passion for civil engineering and construction, she is also a candidate in the dual Masters of Engineering/MBA program at UConn’s School of Engineering.

Prior to joining the firm, D’Agostino served as a project engineer on both private and government projects at Gilbane Building Company, working with large design teams and owner’s representatives, where she helped oversee proposal requests, RFI’s, change orders and design changes.

“Samantha is strategic addition to our team,” explains CSG vice president Christopher Cykley. “Our workload has increased over the course of the past several months, and she’ll be playing an integral role in supporting our project managers on our active school and municipal projects, in various stages of design and construction. She brings a fresh energy to our team and attention to detail that I know our clients will appreciate.”

D’Agostino is also an active ambassador for young women in the STEM fields. As an undergraduate, Samantha was a member of the Society of Women Engineers and Chi Epsilon (The Civil Engineering Honor Society). Most recently, she led a group to help support the advancement of women in the construction industry.

D’Agostino holds a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering with a minor in Engineering Management & Business from the University of Connecticut. She resides in Rocky Hill.
