Karen DePersia Joins CSG as Senior Project Manager

March 1st, 2018

Construction Solutions Group is pleased to announce the hire of Karen DePersia as senior project manager. Karen has over 30 years’ experience in architecture, design, project management and construction.

Karen attended Syracuse University and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. Her comprehensive experience as an Owner’s Project Manager at Capital Region Education Council (CREC) lends itself perfectly to the functions she will be responsible for at CSG, providing oversight of all phases of construction including planning, design, pre-construction, construction, close-out, move management and Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E). Karen’s proficiency in managing complex, multi-phased projects in both the private and public sectors, paired with her invaluable procedural knowledge of the State of Connecticut Office of School Construction Grants, reinforces CSG’s established strength in this market.

Prior to her recent tenure with CREC, Karen operated her own project management, design and construction administration firm. She previously served as director of design and project management for OFI Contract Interiors, responsible for team building, creating new profit centers and enhancing business development.

“We are extremely pleased to have Karen join our growing team,” says CSG owner and president Jim Giuliano. “Her strong background in design and construction administration allows her to hit the ground running.”
